What chromzy.com collects, what stays on your device, and what lives on-chain.
Effective 29 June 2026 · Studio Chromzy
1. Overview
Chromzy is a static website. We do not operate user accounts, sell personal data, or run a traditional sign-up flow. This policy describes the limited information involved when you browse or connect a wallet.
2. What we collect
- Browsing. Standard web-server and hosting logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) may be recorded by our host (e.g. Vercel or Netlify) for security and performance. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.
- Wallet connection. When you connect a wallet, your public wallet address is read locally in the browser to display connection state and, when minting is live, to submit transactions you approve. We do not store wallet addresses on our own servers.
- On-chain data. Mint and transfer history for plates is public on Solana by design. Anyone can view it via block explorers.
3. What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email, postal address, or government ID to use the site. We do not collect private keys or seed phrases — never share those with anyone claiming to represent Chromzy.
4. Cookies and local storage
The site may use minimal browser storage for UI preferences (e.g. reduced-motion or session UI state). We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated.
5. Third parties
- Wallet extensions (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) have their own privacy policies.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google may receive your IP address when fonts are fetched.
- Social links (X, Discord) are external services governed by their own policies.
6. Your choices
You can browse without connecting a wallet. You can disconnect your wallet at any time via your extension. You may block cookies in your browser, though some UI features may not persist between visits.
7. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
We may revise this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
